Privacy policy
Short version: if you join the waitlist we keep your email address. That is the only thing you give us.
Last updated October 22, 2026.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist on pipmath.app we store:
- your email address,
- which form you used (top of the page or bottom),
- the time you signed up,
- your country, which Cloudflare works out from your connection (we do not store your IP address with your email).
We do not ask for your name, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
To send you a confirmation that you are on the list, and to tell you when Pip is available on the App Store. We do not sell your email or share it for marketing.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the waitlist, and runs Turnstile, a privacy-friendly check that stops bots from filling the form. Turnstile is covered by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
- Resend delivers our emails to you.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces, so your browser contacts Google when the page loads.
To limit abuse, we keep a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to an hour so one person cannot submit the form over and over. It cannot be tied back to your email.
Unsubscribe or delete your data
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops all email to you.
To have your email removed from our records completely, write to hello@pipmath.app from the address you signed up with, or tell us the address. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it. After launch we may clear the waitlist once we have told everyone on it.
Children
The waitlist is meant for parents and adults. If a child signed up and you want it removed, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top.
